OpenAI says internal model resolved 100+ open maths problems as independent review group forms
OpenAI says an internal model that began training on 28 August has resolved more than 100 long-standing open problems across most areas of mathematics. An independent nine-member mathematics group is now advising on review and release, but the underlying results have not yet been published at scale or independently validated.
