Cohere and Aleph Alpha sign definitive transatlantic AI combination
Cohere and Germany’s Aleph Alpha have signed the definitive agreement for the combination first proposed in April. The combined company would operate as Cohere with headquarters in Toronto and Berlin and Aleph Alpha’s Heidelberg office as a research centre, but the transaction still needs regulatory approval before it closes.
